Our last full day in Vegas!
I can't believe how quickly the week went by.
We spent most of the day buying gifts for family back home. There was a small flee market on the Strip about 10 minutes away (walking).
Before heading out, we ate lunch at the buffet in the Excalibur Hotel. The buffet had plenty to choice from. We enjoy our meal very much.
The flee market had your typical souvenirs, mugs, key chairs, t-shirts, ect. All of which had the word "Las Vegas" written on it of course. I brought my nephew a shirt and short set that said, "Somebody who loves me very much went to Las Vegas and brought me this shirt". Dee bought her family a few nice things also.
Once the gifts were bought, it was back to the hotel to pack. Our flight was schedule to depart at 11:30 am the next morning and we needed to be at the airport by 9:30am. So, it should be an early night - right??? I don't think so!!! We can always sleep on the plane.

It's close to 10:30 pm, time to go line up for my favorite show. On Friday and Saturday nights, Thunder has two shows, one at 9 and one at 11. I prefer going to the second show at 11. The guys seem to have a little more time to talk after the show.
As per usual, the show was fantastic! All of the performers in Thunder from Down Under are very talent. It really is an entertaining show. If any of my girlfriends go to Vegas, I suggest you go check out Thunder.
One of the things I look forward too is, at the end of each show, the fans can take a picture with all the Sexy Hot Men of Thunder! You can also request to take one with your favorite Aussie. And so, I took a picture with Marcus and Dee took a picture with Marty!
After the show, Dee and I hung out with the guys for a while and then headed back to our room. It was almost 2 am and we needed to be up by 7.

As we were going across the walkway from the Excalibur to the Luxor, one last time, Dee and I looked onto to the Strip and both said, "We'll be back soon Las Vegas!"
Deedee and I had a fantastic time in Vegas!
We swam! We drank! We shopped! We gambled - a little!
We saw great shows! Tina & Tony's Wedding! Thunder!
We sang Karaoke! Okay Dee sang and I cheered her on.
We stayed at a very nice hotel! The Luxor (www.luxor.com)
We investigated other hotels! The MGM Grand is a possibility!!
We spent time with friends! Andrea and Jen
We chatted with Sexy Guys! Chippendales and of course those Aussies
As you can see, there is a lot do in Vegas aside from gambling. It is still my favorite place to visit. I am looking forward to going back and do it all again!
Elvis said it best in one of his songs: The Bright Lights Sets My Soul on Fire! Viva, Viva Las Vegaaaas!
